The pate of dried pepper with hot pepper is produced from pure ingredients of the Greek land. The dried "Idiotropa" peppers in combination with the olive oil and the spices we add, give a product with a special - perhaps whimsical - taste that fits everywhere. It is ideal as a dip, as an accompaniment to a platter of cheeses and/or charcuterie, to spaghetti but also to any food to which we want to add a special touch.
