Where do we ship?

How much does shipping cost?
The shipping costs of the order are borne by the customer and vary from product to product depending on its weight and volume and are calculated and displayed in the shopping cart.

We offer free shipping for orders over €50 throughout Greece.
Delivery Method:
METHOD OF SHIPMENT
The deliveries of our products are made through the following courier companies:
– Courier Center for deliveries in Greece.
– DHL for deliveries abroad.
In the event that the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery is scheduled through the appropriate appropriate procedures of the above companies.

When will I receive my order?
Estimated shipping time for your order from us is 2-5 business days depending on order volume. Estimated shipping time for Courier Center is 1-3 business days from the day your order is received.
Public holidays, extreme weather conditions, pandemic, strikes, carrier delays, etc. are excluded from the above conditions. Delivery times are only an estimate and idiotropa is not responsible for delays due to external factors as mentioned above .
CANCELLATION POLICY
If the online order has been completed, but the product has not been shipped, the customer has the option to cancel the order by calling 2522060430 and one of our partners will take care of canceling your order.
