#FoodieCreations The easiest and Homemade Ferrero Rocher Chocolate Balls
Materials:
- 150g roasted hazelnuts
- 50g Classic granola @idiotropa.gr
- 2.5 tablespoons of cocoa
- 4 tablespoons of honey︎
- 1 pinch of salt
- ︎13-15 roasted hazelnuts (for the middle)
For the topping:
- 160g chocolate
- ︎70g roasted hazelnuts
- ︎40g Classic granola @idiotropa.gr
Recipe:
- Beat the hazelnuts and granola and put them in a bowl
- Put the honey, salt and cocoa in the bowl and mix well until you have a uniform mixture.︎
- Take a small amount of the mixture in your hand, add the roasted hazelnut and make a ball.
- We continue the same until we run out of the mixture.
- Put the balls in the fridge for a while to cool.
- While we wait, put the granola and hazelnuts in the blender and beat them. Not much, we want it to have bits.
- In another bowl, melt the chocolate.
- Take a ball, dip it in the chocolate and then in the hazelnut-granola mixture and place it on a plate with baking sheet.
- We do the same for everything and store in the refrigerator.
- For small children, remove the whole hazelnut.
- Because my scale got stuck, the topping ingredients came out a little extra. To prevent them from going to waste, I mixed them together, put them on a baking sheet and put them in the fridge with the rest.
- We store the Homemade Ferrero Rocher in the fridge for 5 days and if there are any left over, we store them in the freezer and take them out whenever we want.
Enjoy!!
